By downloading or using PawRecord, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

License

PawRecord grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

• PawRecord offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly Premium and Annual Premium.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• A free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

User Responsibilities

PawRecord is a personal pet health logging tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions.

Prohibited Use

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.

Disclaimer

PawRecord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
